Note: Pets are welcome in drive in campgrounds and picnic areas as well as paved or dirt roads.
The Olympic National Forest has so many options for you and your furry friends. Pets are permitted on most National Forest trails, but we still recommend checking WTA.org to make sure the hike you are ready to explore is pet friendly.

Pets are allowed in most Washington State Parks, but before heading out we recommend checking parks.wa.gov to see if the park you are interested in is pet friendly.
Washington State Beaches are great places for your furry friends, just be aware that some of the Pacific Coast Beaches are part of the Olympic National Park which restricts pets to certain areas.
